Taiwan's Reservoirs Refilled After 3 Successive Typhoons

Taiwan's reservoirs are now almost full. This follows a period of drought which caused huge agricultural losses. It is likely the reservoirs were filled by rainfall brought by three recent typhoons, one which made landfall on Taiwan and caused flooding.
