Ingredients: Tomatoes sliced 4 Onion sliced 2 Garlic Chopped 2 Tbsp Ginger Chopped 2 Tbsp Whole spices 3 tbsp Green peas 1 cup Cauliflower florets 1 (large) Capsicum (cubes) 3 Carrots (cubes) 2 Oil 1 cup Boiled rice ½ kg Potatoes ½ kg (cubes) Yogurt 250 grams Ground red chilli 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Kewra 1/2 cup Yellow color 1-1/2 tsp Whole green chillies 8-10
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion. Now add ginger and garlic and fry well. Then add tomatoes, curd, coriander, ground red pepper, turmeric, and whole spices, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now add all the remaining vegetables and curry, and cook for 2 minutes. Add yellow color and boiled rice, cook on low flame for 15 minutes, and serve.
