Herbosa on CoA report on expired P7.4B in medicines

Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa reacts to the Commission on Audit (CoA) report that cited P7.4 billion in "drugs, medicines and other types of inventories" were found to have expired or nearly expired. Herbosa was interviewed at the sidelines of the First PH National Aids Summit in Pasay City on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023.
