Biden to showcase US as trustworthy China alternative at G20 and Vietnam visit
President Joe Biden aims to demonstrate that the US and its allies are better economic and security partners than China at the G20 summit in India and during his Vietnam visit. He'll use the G20 to propose increasing the lending power of the World Bank and IMF by $200 billion, presenting an alternative to China's Belt and Road initiative, which the US views skeptically.
