Stringent Traffic Regulations Came Into Effect in Delhi From 5 Am on September 8 and Will Continue Till 11:59 PM on September 10. Ambulances, Delivery of Medicines and People Who Are Working In Other Essential Services Will Only Be Allowed to Move Freely. Police Have Urged People Not to Visit India Gate and Kartavya Path for Walking or Cycling. Police Said Locals and Tourists Staying in the Area Will Be Permitted to Travel by Presenting Proper Identification Papers. Schools, Banks, and All Government Offices Will Remain Closed.
