BMX riders just can't seem to catch a break, and Tom Wright can certainly relate!
This comical clip captures Tom gearing up for an impressive bike jump that could easily earn him a reputation as one of the most innovative and fearless stunt riders.
With success on his mind, he takes aim for the jump and launches his bike into the air without any issues. However, his experience with the second ramp, the landing spot, doesn't go as smoothly.
He ends up belly-flopping onto the hard ramp, instantly making him question his love for the sport.
"New jump test!" the rider commented. "Didn't really work, if that wasn't obvious already."
