CJI DY Chandrachud: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में आर्टिकल 370 (Article 370) पर सुनवाई जारी है. सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) की कोर्ट में पांच जजों की बेंच (Bench of 5 Judges) इस पर सुनवाई कर रही है. 14वें दिन (14th Day Hearing) की सुनवाई में सीनियर एडवोकेट (Senior Advocate) राकेश द्विवेदी (Rakesh Dwivedi) ने एक ऐसा तर्क दिया कि कोर्ट में मौजूद हर कोई चौंक गया. राकेश द्विवेदी ने तर्क दिया कि अनुच्छेद-370 के भूत (Ghost of Article 370) को दफनाने का समय आ गया है. इसके बाद भी उन्होंने कई दमदार तर्क रखे.
