Here is the crazy moment a NASCAR driver's car flipped TEN times in a horror crash.

Ford's Ryan Preece was competing in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway when the accident happened.

With just five laps to go, Preece, 32, lost control of his No41 car and drove into Chase Briscoe.

After his vehicle slid into the infield, it flipped repeatedly until it finally landed on its wheels.

Astonishingly, Preece was able to climb out of his car to escape the wreckage, before medics rushed to his attention.

He was placed on a stretcher and rushed to the hospital to be evaluated.

After the race, Preece took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to declare he would be back.

He wrote: "If you want to be a race car driver, you better be tough. Dammit. Fast @racechoice @FordPerformance Mustang. I’m coming back.

Early Sunday, Stewart-Haas Racing released an update on Preece’s condition.

“NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Preece will remain overnight at Halifax Health Medical Center for continued observation,” a statement said.

“The driver of the No. 41 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing is awake, alert, and mobile and has been communicating with family and friends.

"Preece will undergo another evaluation by medical personnel later this morning. An update will be provided in the afternoon.”

Preece has since been released from hospital, although it is unknown when he will race next.

RFK Racing's Chris Buescher eventually won the Coke Zero Sugar 400, recording his fifth NASCAR Cup Series win.
