Indigenous Taiwanese play an oversized role in the country's military—representing just three percent of the country’s population but as much as 60 percent of some of Taiwan's special forces. Now, as concerns over war in the Taiwan Strait mount, Indigenous former soldiers are sharing the skills they learned with other people in Taiwan.
