Ed Gamble has been dishing out ice creams to celebrate the release of his upcoming memoir, Glutton.

The comedian and co-host of the Off Menu podcast poured out the cold treats as he chatted about his stand-out culinary memories from his childhood.

His hilarious anecdotes, which readers can get a glimpse of in the book, include eating poached salmon before the age of five.

Gamble also let Independent TV in on what it would be like to serve childhood Ed and his sophisticated palate in a restaurant.
