The Ferrari 812 Competizione is an excellent grand tourer with a V12 that turns the rear wheels in front of the driver. Adjuster Novitec captured the Prancing Horse and gave it a power-up.
Novitec increases output to 854 hp (637 kilowatts) and 524 pound-feet (711 Newton-meters). The tuner also adds a gold-plated exhaust, and buyers can choose whether to have active sound management.
The 812 Competizione comes stock with a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 that produces 830 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. Peak power reaches 9,250 rpm and engine speed increases to 9,500 rpm. The coupe accelerates to 62 mph in 2.85 seconds and 124 mph in 7.5 seconds. Top speed is 211 mph.
The modified 812 Competizione gets 22-inch forged wheels from Vossen in addition to the power upgrade. Revised springs lower the car's ride height by 0.98 inches (25 millimetres). The front lift system raises the nose 1,575 inches (40 millimeters) to overcome obstacles.
The Ferrari 812Competizione and Aperta Convertible sold out soon after Ferrari's release. The company limited production to 999 coupes and 599 open-roof versions.
