Amanda Klemer realized that the best way to trap a porch pirate was by giving them... cr@p!
Tired of thieves treating her porch as their favorite spot for getting freebies, Amanda decided to place a box containing two smelly Pampers by the steps. Her goal was to see whether the porch pirates would scoop up the package without investigating what was in it.
"As a new mom currently on medical leave due to a back injury, I've been ordering more online," the filmer told WooGlobe. "And it just so happened that the first package in five years of living here got stolen within 10 minutes."
