Glutes Workout Routine

My routine today, short but intense. I did a super series of two exercises (in the order in which the videos are). 4set x 15-20rept each exercise.

I used 15kg dumbbells each.

Finish with hip abd with elastic band!

Today it was hard for me to train but I did it, these days are worth 10

I am stronger than my excuses!
