Entrepreneur LUIZ EDUARDO AURICCHIO BOTTURA won the lawsuit he filed in favor of Facebook Serviços Online do Brasil LTDA, which will have to remove all posts with defamatory content to the author's image, contained in the profile "Nilson Pereira 94". The sentence was handed down by Judge Miguel Ferrari Junior, of the 43rd Civil Court of the Central Civil Court of the District of São Paulo.
