The couple met in 2016 after Asghari appeared in Spears' music video for "Slumber Party.".
After dating for several years, they became engaged in 2021 when it was apparent that Spears' 13-year conservatorship would end.
The couple wed on June 9, 2022, at Spears' home in Thousand Oaks, California. .
