Cheesy Potato Triangles Recipe by Food Fusion

Take a flavorful journey with our Cheesy Potato Triangles, enriched by the richness of Olper's Cheese!

Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ¼ Cup
-Cornflour 1/3 Cup
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add cornflour,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,mixed herbs,salt,black pepper powder,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-Grease working surface with oil,spread potato mixture then cut into triangle shape (makes 12).
-In a bowl,add cornflour,water & mix well.
-In another bowl add breadcrumbs.
-Now coat in cornflour mixture & coat with breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup or in lunch box for kids!
