China calls US efforts in Afghanistan a 'complete failure' as Taliban mark two years in power

As the Taliban celebrate two years since their return to power in Afghanistan, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin says that the "US military, political and counter-terrorism efforts in Afghanistan are a complete failure". The US were present in Afghanistan for 20 years.
