Navotas welcomes 28 scholars, 206 tech-voc graduates

Some 206 Navotas City residents have completed technical-vocational (tech-voc) courses offered by the Navotas Vocational Training and Assessment (NAVOTAAS) Institute while 28 students and teachers became city academic scholars, the local government announced on Monday, Aug. 14.
