Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Mamata Banerjee are at loggerheads. The PM slammed the Trinamool Congress (TMC) for allegedly using terror and violence to win the recent panchayat election in West Bengal. Virtually addressing the Kshetriya Panchayati Raj Parishad in Bengal, PM Modi charged saying that TMC has played with blood. He was referring to the violence and mayhem that marred the rural polls in the TMC-ruled Bengal last month.
