Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma admitted his team failed "collectively" in the UAE leg of IPL 2021. Defending champions MI failed to qualify for the IPL 2021 playoffs and although they finished with a big win against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Friday, it was not enough. MI won back-to-back IPL titles in 2019 and 2020 but injuries and poor form combined to hurt them this time.
