Here are the steps to register for the NADRA e-portal in a table form:

1 Go to the Pak Identity website: https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-id/
2 Click on Create a New Account.
3 Fill out the form with your personal information, such as your name, mobile number, and date of birth.
4 Click on Save and Continue.
5 Verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to you.
6 Set a password and security question for your account.
7 Click on Submit to complete the registration
