Ron DeSantis Administration Approves Climate Denial Videos For Classroom Use In Florida
  • 9 months ago
Florida’s Department of Education has greenlit classroom use of videos denying the science behind climate change.

According to Politico, the videos are produced by the Prager University Foundation, a conservative group known for distorting scientific facts. This is the first time a state has allowed the use of PragerU materials in public schools.

The development follows the recent announcements by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis government about new curriculum standards that highlight the “personal benefits” gained from a lifetime of forced labor.

Marissa Streit, CEO of PragerU, argues that the videos provide a necessary balance to schools that have been “hijacked by the left.”
