Taiwan Researchers Unveil 'Metaverse' Surgical Simulator

A team of researchers from National Taiwan University has unveiled a VR-enabled "Metaverse Surgical Simulation Platform." They say it can help surgeons locate hard-to-find tumors and perform difficult procedures by creating a "digital twin" of a patient.
