The all-new Santa Fe is an SUV that strikes the perfect balance between city life and the great outdoors, tackling everything from hectic family itineraries to camping adventures.
The longer wheelbase gives the all-new SANTA FE a sense of grandeur, complemented by the bold roofline, generous volume around the fenders, solid fender arches, shorter front overhangs and boldly designed 21-inch wheels.
Distinguished by the wider tailgate, the rear view creates a simpler, sculptural appearance while reinforcing the sense of solidity. The H-shaped taillights harmonize with the front H headlights, giving the brand new SANTA FE a distinct stance on the road.
The new interior comes with convenient comfort features such as the UV-C Sterilization Tray and dual wireless charging system for smartphones to create a sophisticated user experience with SUV-like practicality. The SANTA FE's first-in-class Panoramic Curved Display, comprising a 12.3-inch digital panel and infotainment system, increases driver visibility and creates a sense of luxury.
The second row legroom of the gasoline-powered SANTA FE has been increased by 35mm to 1,075mm. The hybrid's second row legroom has been increased by 20mm to 1,055mm. The third row legroom was increased by 15mm to 761mm.
Other useful features of the brand new SANTA FE include a high-speed dual wireless charging system for smartphones. A type-C USB terminal (27 W max) is also included. In addition, the one-of-a-kind UV-C Sterilization Tray is applied to the upper part of the passenger glove compartment of the SANTA FE to store mobile phones, wallets, etc. Easy sterilization of frequently used items is provided.
Over-the-air (OTA) updates wirelessly update main controllers in the vehicle without requiring a Hyundai service center visit, keeping vehicle systems always with the latest software.
In Korea and North America, the all-new SANTA FE will be available with two powertrain options. The petrol 2.5-liter turbocharged engine (Theta III 2.5T GDI – 8DCT) delivers a maximum engine output of 281 ps and a maximum torque of 43.0 kgf·m. The petrol 1.6-liter Turbocharged Hybrid (Gamma III 1.6T GDI HEV – 6AT) delivers a maximum engine output of 180 ps and a maximum torque of 27.0 kgf·m.
In Europe, the all-new SANTA FE will be available with a choice of two powertrains, including the same 1.6-liter Turbocharged Hybrid (Gamma III 1.6T GDI HEV – 6AT) or the petrol 1.6-liter Turbocharged Plug-in Hybrid (Gamma III). . 1.6T GDI PHEV – 6AT) maximum engine power 160 ps and maximum torque 27.0 kgf·m.
