Last December, the rapper was found guilty
of shooting Megan in the foot as they left Kylie Jenner's house in July 2020.
He was charged with "assault with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm and negligent discharge of a gun," NPR reports. .
On Aug. 8, Lanez received
a 10-year prison sentence. .
Megan, who was not present for the sentencing, issued a written statement.
