Taiwan Opposition KMT Sets Out Energy Policy

Taiwan's main opposition Kuomintang, or KMT, laid out its energy policy on Wednesday. Presidential candidate Hou You-ih reiterated his party's support for nuclear power, aiming to completely replace coal with atomic energy by 2040, which has long been a controversial issue in the country.
