Victoria to set up system for parents to escalate concerns about sick children's hospital care

There's been a significant rise in the number of Victorians who've died or were seriously harmed because of failures in the state's healthcare system. In 2021-22, 240 Victorians experienced a preventable medical tragedy with 38 of those being children.
