Home Office: ‘Quite right’ to fine illegal migrant employers

Home Office Minister Sarah Dines says it is “quite right” that the government are upping fines for the employers and landlords of illegal migrants. Ms Dines goes on to say that the shake up to civil penalties “sends out the message” to people that “come here illegally”.
