Alyssa Valdez grateful for the best spiker award

Alyssa Valdez said she didn't expect to win the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference Second Best Outside Spiker Award but she's grateful for it.

Valdez and the Creamline Cool Smashers relinquished their title to foreign guest team Kurashiki Ablaze of Japan, losing in the final, 25-19, 23-23, 19-25, 25-20, 13-15 at the PhilSports Arena on July 30.
