Scientists are hoping the deaths of almost 100 pilot whales in a mass stranding off WA's South Coast will help them learn more about the mysterious phenomenon. No one knows what caused the group of juveniles and adults to beach themselves but experts believe they are a step closer to finding out why they're drawn to the shore.
