Fishers say quota cuts are driving them out of the industry

New catch limits for east coast Spanish mackerel have inflated costs for North Queensland anglers, forcing many out of the industry. Those who are still years away from their retirement and selling their boats and fishing licenses at a loss are questioning why they haven't been compensated.
