A hundred alphorn players gather high up in the Swiss Alps for the 22nd International Alphorn Festival, with their dulcet tones and harmonies echoing around the mountains. The alphorn is a traditional Swiss instrument which was reputedly used to communicate in the mountains, with its clear sound ringing around the valleys.
