The number of vehicles that have sustained damage and had to go for repairs thanks to the poor state of Britains roads has hit the highest number for the last five years, according to motoring experts at the RAC. Motorists have ranked potholes as the top most annoying thing about driving, even worse than breaking down or tailgaters.
