The Hollywood Vampires - who are made up of Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen - have cancelled a second consecutive show, in Slovakia, blaming an "unsafe" venue, just days after they pulled out of a gig in Budapest.
