The hospitality industry must integrate more advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and data analytics to meet the needs of its guests.

Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said that on Friday (July 14), adding that his ministry was committed to ensuring the progress of the hotel and tourism industries.
