PH, U.S. Marines cancel military exercise due to bad weather

The Philippine and U.S. Marines were forced to call off a scheduled joint drill in Zambales on Thursday due to bad weather. There is no word yet whether the sinking exercise or sink-ex could still be re-scheduled.
