John Healey has criticised comments made by Ben Wallace after he suggested that Ukraine should put greater emphasis on thanking the west for its assistance.

The shadow defence secretary said that “Zelensky doesn’t need public lectures on gratitude, especially when they overshadow a successful summit in which NATO is stronger and the support for Ukraine is greater.”
