The Satyanarayan Puja holds great significance in one's life as it is considered the most auspicious way to seek blessings for overall well-being. Here is the procedure to perform the worship of Lord Satyanarayan:

Create a decorated altar at the sacred place in your home using banana plants.
Install the picture or idol of Lord Satyanarayan.
Place a Kalash (a copper pot filled with water) and a lit oil lamp.
Begin the puja by first worshiping Lord Ganesha and Navagrahas (the nine planetary deities).
Then, perform the puja of Lord Satyanarayan.
Offer fruits, Panchamrit (a mixture of milk, curd, honey, sugar, and ghee), Panjiri (a sweet dish), clothes, and Tulsi leaves to the deity.
Recite or listen to the Satyanarayan Vrat Katha (the divine story associated with the puja) and conclude with the Aarti (devotional song).
Finally, distribute the fruits and prasad (blessed food) among the attendees.
