After £Rami (#StoningTheDevil) in #Jamrat, where do small #pebbles weighing millions of tons go and what is done with them?
جمرات میں رمی (شیطان کو پتھر مارنے) کے بعد لاکھوں ٹن وزنی چھوٹی چھوٹی کنکریاں آخر کہاں جاتی ہیں اور انکا کیا کیا جاتا ہے؟
Jamrat mein #shetan ko #kankrian #pathar maarney k baad laakhon ton wazani shoti shoti knkriaan kahan jati hein aur inka kya kia jata h?

The Jamrat complex is four-storied and on each floor the cistern-like pillars for pelting the devils reach the basement of the bridge.
The arched cisterns are constructed in such a way that the pebbles coming there must hit the pillars and then fall through the cisterns 15 meters down into the basement.
In the basement of Jamrat, small trolleys are made on conveyor belts under special mechanism which collect the pebbles coming from all four floors in one place in Jamrat's 15 meters underground cabin.
As soon as the Hajj days are over, the tons of pebbles collected in the special tank at the lowest part of the Jamrat Bridge are taken out and handed over to the relevant institution for reuse.
After the three days of Rumi, when the Mina is empty and the pilgrims leave for Makkah, the process of removing the pebbles begins.
After the Hajj days are over, these stones are cleaned with water and special materials to clean the dirt and other germs on them.
Later, they are handed over to the concerned institutions for use during Hajj next year, which keep the pebbles in packets while some are scattered in Muzdalifah before the Hajj days.
