 The Mirador archeological site houses some of the greatest secrets of the Mayan civilization, one dating back some 3,000 years. However, recently archaeologists have unearthed new items during excavations, ones that not only date back thousands of years, but also connect the Mayan civilization to another cultural group known to be one of the oldest to ever rule the region.
