Overestimating yourself can end up being a really humbling experience, and Ianis Tomica learned this lesson the hard way.
This comedic footage shows Ianis running full speed toward a kickboxing machine, hoping to set a new record for the most powerful kick the machine had ever experienced.
However, he ends up kicking the ball so hard that he flies out of one of his shoes.
