The Senate has initiated a probe into the complaints of passengers over flight delays and cancellations at NAIA.

Several airlines have apologized for these incidents which have inconvenienced passengers.

Aside from airlines, senators also want the Civil Aeronautics Board to be held accountable for the flight woes.
