The perfect spotter may or may not exist, but they are definitely not featured in this hilarious fail video!
Shared by Ryan Paul Tabanao, this clip shows him bench-pressing two dumbbells (70 lbs each). Spotting him is his friend, Mark
Higida, who almost does a great job... ALMOST!
As soon as the set is finished, Mark immediately lets go of Ryan instead of assisting him in putting the weights down, causing the latter to fall off the bench.
"I asked my friend to spot me because managing 70 lbs in each hand is very difficult," Ryan told WooGlobe. "When I was about to put it down, my leg suddenly slipped, which caused me to fall down. It wasn't my friend's fault actually."
