Conservative MP Brendan Clarke-Smith says some MPs who will vote in favour of the Privileges Committee report into Partygate simply "dislike" Boris Johnson.

The politician - who himself is abstaining from the vote - argues people are "confused and not impressed" by the report, adding the former prime minister did not get a fair hearing.
