Having seen his first term badly disrupted by the Covid-19 virus, Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow now has his work cut out for him as he steers Penang into post-pandemic recovery.

Chow has laid out the Penang2030 Vision as the blueprint to recovery, and his leadership will sure come under scrutiny and the coming state election will attest if Penangites buy into his vision.
