The Anti-Sexual Harassment Act 2022 was passed by the Dewan Negara on Aug 11, 2022 and on March 28 this year, several provisions of the Act came into effect, while more provisions are expected to be included in stages soon.

We had a conversation with the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry Deputy Secretary General (Strategic), Chua Choon Hwa to hear from the ministry about the implementation of the act.
