Whoopi Goldberg Wants , to Host ‘Wheel of Fortune’.

that he will be retiring from hosting the popular game show, Deadline reports.

While appearing on 'The View' on June 13, 'Jeopardy!' host Ken Jennings was asked about his thoughts on Sajak's retirement.
But before he could answer,
Goldberg said, "I want that job.".
'View' co-host Joy Behar chimed in
and said, "Whoopi wants that job.".
Goldberg reiterated her desire by stating,
"I want that job. I think it would be lots of fun.".
According to Deadline,
Goldberg has game show experience.
She was a producer and "center square" on 'Hollywood Squares' from 1998 to 2002.
However, multiple outlets, including TMZ and 'Us Weekly,' say that Ryan Seacrest is reportedly in early talks to replace Sajak
