Residents welfare association (RWA) of a society in Greater Noida has come up with a bizarre rule. It has urged residents to be mindful of their clothing when in common areas and the park. The notice, dated June 10, was issued by the Himsagar Apartment AOA. The circular soon went viral on social media.
