Water drilling in city parks, Uruguay's 'plan B' against drought

As Uruguay struggles with persistent drought, the state-owned water company OSE has started drilling wells in one of the main parks of the capital Montevideo, in order to restock dwindling supplies of freshwater. "It's always good to have a plan B," says water company official Valeria Arballo, but "it would be a relief for everyone if it rains."
