கேரளாவில் தென்மேற்கு பருவமழை தொடங்கி உள்ள நிலையில் திருவனந்தபுரம், கொல்லம், பத்தினம்திட்டா, ஆலப்புழா உள்பட 8 மாவட்டங்களுக்கு அடுத்த 5 நாட்களுக்கு கன மழைக்கான மஞ்சள் எச்சரிக்கை விடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அடுத்த 5 நாட்களுக்கு இடி, மின்னலுடன் பலத்த மழை பெய்ய வாய்ப்பு உள்ளதாக இந்திய வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் எச்சரித்துள்ளது.

A yellow warning for heavy rain has been issued for the next 5 days in 8 districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha as the southwest monsoon has started in Kerala. The India Meteorological Department has warned that there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning for the next 5 days.
